Therefore, both forms have the same impacts on the liver5. Dianabol is a C17-alpha alkylated steroid4 that allows Dbol to be taken orally. Dianabol is considered to be much more powerful and effective than even the highly regarded steroid Anadrol. Dbol is the AAS that’s perhaps talked about more than any other besides plain old testosterone.
It’s also interesting to compare Dbol to other oral steroids as we can see how unique it is (with most other orals being dry-cutting steroids). It’s not only Dianabol kicking off the cycle to great heights in this type of stack; you will add at least one other fast-acting steroid that will supercharge results in the very early days of the cycle. Advanced Dbol users often do a short, sharp cycle using other short estered compounds for the most dramatic and rapid results. An advanced Dbol cycle uses a higher dosage of Dianabol while combining with at least one other powerful steroid, such as Trenbolone or Deca-Durabolin. However, some users will want to increase to 50mg/daily, and once again, Dbol is used only for the first half of the cycle, with Deca taking over for the remainder.
I’ve heard of guys using Dianabol for longer cycles, but you better watch out for your liver values closely. Cycle length, regardless of whether it’s Dbol only or a stack, I always limit use to 6 weeks. At 20mg daily or more on a Dbol-only cycle, you can introduce an AI, and if you dose it correctly, you should be able to control suppression-related side effects. If you’ve got high-quality Dbol, a 15mg daily dose will give a fantastic introduction to this steroid with manageable side effects.
This is a gradual process, and waiting for it to happen on its own once again puts you at risk of low testosterone levels. Exogenous testosterone gives your body the amount of testosterone needed to function properly. The symptoms can be severe both physically and mentally, not to mention it’s just incredibly unhealthy to let your T levels get too low. Allow yourself to fall into a state of low testosterone by not including exogenous testosterone in a Dbol cycle.

Cholesterol levels may also be affected, but maintaining a diet rich in healthy fats, particularly Omega Fatty Acids, can help mitigate this risk.
