The attorneys general of all 50 states has this week called on the US Department of Justice to take stronger actions against illegal gambling platforms. This move highlights the danger of offshore casinos operating without licenses or oversight within the US, in violation of US gambling laws. The plan include requiring online operators to hire or designate staff to identify at-risk patrons, as well as helping to identify triggers for determining problem gambling trends.
